I was in 'Bada Bings' till two in the morning last night. (Left the place with just my gold fillings.) Got super trashed and the only thing that brings me back the next day is loading up on carbs. Why is that?

I noticed this too.

All I can say is load up some natural corn chips add some cheese dip not made by a big company thats also low on fat.

I dont know what to say, I think this is normal. Stay away from fast food if you can.

I got on the scale today and looked behind me to see who jumped on.

When we get trashed we sleep less. I know it sounds wrong but alcohol in large amounts leads to a lighter sleep. That's why we feel tired when we wake up. Eating carbs gives our blood sugar a boost and gives us quick energy to counter our tiredness.

I always thought that it soaked up your stomach acid, and any remaining alcohol, and that's why french fries and bread feel so good when hungover.

supplies are running out

Carbs are always the answer. Bread, pasta, ice cream, chips, cereal, fruit, mayo, chocolate, juice, etc. are the good things in life. Life would suck without carbs.
Whenever in doubt, have more carbs.

A couple reasons for this.

1. Eggs are filling

2. Secondly, and more importantly, eggs are choked full of vitamin B's which are a great asset in recoveing from an alcoholic binge........mainly hangovers.
